COUNSELOR, LISTENER, FELLOW HUMAN
Hey There, I´m Rebecca
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I believe we all have the capacity to find meaning, grow through challenges, and live with greater fulfillment.
Along with being a counselor, I’m also a wife, mother, daughter, and sister — roles that deepen my belief in the power of connection and the importance of family.
Everyone deserves a safe space to talk things through. I provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can show up fully, wherever they are in life.
My counseling style is strengths-based, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of approaches — including CBT, DBT, ACT, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy — to support individuals and couples as they clarify goals, build resilience, and move forward.
I work with adults, teens, older children, and couples navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. If you’re considering counseling, feel free to reach out — I’d be happy to talk through next steps.

THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
Why “Monday?”
Mondays mark the start of something new — a fresh page, a renewed mindset, and the chance to begin again. That’s what therapy can be, too.
At Monday Counseling, we believe in new beginnings. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, working through something painful, or simply ready for change, this is your space to reset and move forward — one step at a time.
Because healing doesn’t have to wait for the perfect moment. Sometimes, it just starts with a Monday.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

Individual Counseling
For pre-teens, teens, and adults working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, or simply feeling stuck. We’ll work together to build resilience, discover meaning, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
02
Couple Counseling
For partners seeking deeper emotional connection, healthier communication, or guidance through relationship challenges. Using tools from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, we’ll work toward greater understanding and connection.

WHAT I’M CURRENTLY READING
ON MY BOOKSHELF
Therapy is about stories — the ones we carry, the ones we tell, and the ones we’re still writing. I’ve always found inspiration in books, both personally and professionally. Here’s what I’m currently reading — maybe it sparks something for you, too.
